What You’ll Do 

 

• Work one-on-one with patients in hour-long sessions, delivering a combination of soft tissue therapy, exercise protocols, balance work, vision/vestibular therapy, and coordinated movement training
• Collaborate daily with a team of therapists, ensuring each patient’s treatment plan is seamless and comprehensive. 
• Assist the Director of Treatment in refining and implementing new techniques as we continue to innovate in the field of concussion rehabilitation. 
• Embrace new learning opportunities and adapt to our treatment style, which is distinctly different from most conventional approaches. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

 

Licensed (or license-eligible) in Utah with current certification as an Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Personal Trainer. 
• Manual therapy experience is preferred, and fitness training or vestibular experience is a plus (though we’ll train you if you’re new to these areas). 
• A patient-focused attitude—kindness, empathy, and reliability are essential. 
• A self-starter who is ready to learn, grow, and adapt. 
• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate seamlessly within a 
multidisciplinary team. 

 

Pay & Benefits 

 

•  $25 – $32 Depending on experience and certifications.
