Cognitive FX specializes in treating individuals with post-concussion symptoms and/or brain injury. Our patients on average improve by 75% in one week. Our patients report that it is our culture/environment, our approach, and our techniques that make the difference in their treatment.  

 

We have a different way to treat people not just on the treatment side but also on the front and back end when it comes to customer service and patient care. 

  
We are looking for an outgoing, kind, problem solver, self-starter individual who can follow direction and can make quick decisions alone if needed. 
 

General Responsibilities  

 

  • Manage projects and staff with administrative tasks to ensure scheduling, front-end and back-end processes 
  • Plan and develop project ideas regarding the unique approach of the clinic 
  • Lead and collaborate with management and marketing team 
  • Solve issues that arise 
  • Take the lead to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care treatment and quality of care at Cognitive FX 
  • Be understanding and flexible with changing clinic projects and process timelines, and work with others to facilitate ongoing progress 
  • Answer any questions related to administrative/logistical issues 
  • Understand and be aligned with the unique approach that Cognitive FX takes to treatment  
  • Support with the preparation of project plans 
  • General organizational tasks

Requirements: 

 

  • High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred 
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles 
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to contribute to a positive and respectful work environment 
  • Organized and committed to meeting deadlines and managing priorities 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work with multiple projects and deadlines at the same time 
  • Focused on fulfilling our team goals and understands the role this job plays in achieving them 
  • Takes feedback well and applies it for continuous improvement and growth 

 

Helpful Skills & Experience:  

 

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM 
  • Microsoft 365 
  • Basic Technology Troubleshooting 
  • Familiar with Excel and VBA 
  • Healthcare or Neuroscience Background is helpful 
  • Understanding of a variety of technology and software including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and Zoom.
