Vanessa Russell

Vanessa became curious about pursuing a career in healthcare after working as a veterinary technician for 5 years. She earned her medical assisting certificate through AmeriTech College, and worked as a medical assistant as she continued her education. She graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor's degree in University Studies and received her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah. While completing her Master's program, Vanessa spent a semester studying and working as a student at Cognitive FX.

After graduating in May of 2021, she officially joined the Cognitive FX team as a licensed Occupational Therapist and loves the work she does. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and learning new skills.
